Payment and Delivery

Payment Processing

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) via Square, a secure third-party payment processor. I do not handle payment processing directly or store your payment information.

International Customers & Currency Conversion

Important Notice for International Customers: All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing from outside Australia, please be aware of the following:

• Currency Conversion Estimates: Any currency conversions shown on this website (e.g., USD, GBP, EUR) are estimates only and provided for your convenience. These estimates are based on recent exchange rates and may not reflect the exact amount you will be charged.
• Actual Charges: You will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your bank or credit card issuer will convert this amount to your local currency using their own exchange rates, which may differ from the estimates shown on this website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping speed. All shipping rates are based on Australia Post Medium Satchel (up to 1kg) pricing and are updated quarterly.

Digital Products

Digital downloads have no shipping costs. Files are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates based on Australia Post guidelines and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

Digital Product Delivery

After purchasing a digital item, you will receive an automated email with your download link. This typically arrives within a few minutes of payment. Download links expire after 7 days for security purposes. If you do not receive your digital product within one hour, please contact me.

Digital Download Tracking

To protect intellectual property and prevent unauthorised distribution, all digital downloads are personalised with your purchase information:

• A visible watermark indicating your purchase details
• Taetia branding for authenticity verification

This allows investigation of piracy cases while ensuring legitimate customers enjoy their purchases. Please do not share download links with others.

Unauthorised redistribution may result in legal action under the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia).

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Given the digital nature of my products, I do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.

If there are issues with downloading or accessing digital products, please contact me, and I will endeavor to resolve these issues promptly.

Kit purchases are eligible for refunds within 14 days after purchase. However, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the condition of the returned kit and reasons for return. To initiate a refund, please contact me directly with details of your purchase and the issue encountered.
