Payment and Delivery
Payments are in AUD and are securely processed via Square. I do not handle payment processing directly.
After purchasing a digital item, you will receive an email with the files attached. Please note the email can take up to 24 hours to be delivered, as this process is currently manual.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Given the digital nature of my products, I do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
If there are issues with downloading or accessing digital products, please contact me, and I will endeavor to resolve these issues promptly.
Kit purchases are eligible for refunds within 14 days after purchase. However, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the condition of the returned kit and reasons for return.
