The Lost Crown is an original design by me.
It uses simple embroidery stitches on black wool, to create a charming scene. I have stitched mine onto the back of a bomber jacket!
Or you can present it in a 30cm (12 inches) hoop. The embroidery is 20cm diameter (approx 8 inches).
You can embroider a fairy or a tiger moth! Instructions and drawings for both are included, as well as instructions for how to attach it to a jacket.
Personalise your picture by changing the title to include the name of your little princess, if you wish, and adding your own name in place of mine. You could hang your picture on the wall and make up a story to go with the picture of The Lost Crown, whenever your little princess visits it!
I have listed the wools and materials I have used, and also explained how you can use other materials, so you do not have to source the exact same materials that I have used. The instructions include colour close-up pictures, the drawing, materials list (with alternatives), stitches used and concise explanation of how to re-create your own pretty fairy scene.
Instructions and alternate drawing are provided to embroider a tiger moth and attach it to a cool jacket.
Alternatively, contact me using my contact page for a quote on providing a charms and notions pack.
A knowledge of basic embroidery stitches is assumed. All stitches used can be found easily on the internet or in most good embroidery books.
At the moment, this design is only available as a PDF. The file includes the instructions for the complete design; with photos, close-up photos, detailed instructions, materials list and drawings.
