Crewelwork with a modern twist.
Butterfly Reverie is my latest original crewel design.
The colours are a clever blend of soft and bold, and the stitches have textures and layers that add interest and detail, with just a delicate touch of sparkle.
A refreshing twist on traditional crewelwork!
All you will need are stranded cotton threads or silk, or fine crewel wool, in two shades of pink, three shades of blue, and three shades of brown.
When buying the printed panel, this is what you get:
- 36cm (14") square hemp cotton blend twill, with the design printed on it, so you’re ready to start stitching.
2.You also get a packet of sequins.
3.And the full colour instructions, which include the full list of materials, the design drawing, and full instructions including close-up colour photographs. Knowledge of basic embroidery stitches is assumed.
The last photo shows what you receive when you buy the printed panel pack. Once your item is shipped, I will send you the tracking number. Please allow at least 4 weeks for overseas orders and up to one week for Australian customers. Please allow extra time close to holiday periods.
You can also buy this design in PDF format: The file includes the instructions for the complete design; with photos, close-up photos, detailed instructions, materials list and drawings.
Digital Download Information:
If you buy this pattern as a Digital Download, you will receive the pattern in PDF format via email. You do NOT receive anything in the post. The digital file will be sent in PDF format as an attachment, to the email address provided by you in your purchase, within 24 hours of purchase.
You then print the PDF file for your personal use. Please check your printer settings before printing to ensure the design prints at the actual size.
You may sell any items made using my patterns, but you may not sell, lend or borrow copies, paper or digital, of my patterns.
